Dear visitors and people of good will,
You are free to ask whatever you are interested, but before you do so, please check the following questions and answers, maybe we already gave an answer of what you are asking about.
1. How to get involved?
Legis prepares about 1000-2000 lunch packets daily which are then distributed to Gevgelija. We need volunteers to help preparing the food and clothes in the storage area of Legis that is located in Skopje at the John Kennedy street nn, 1000 Skopje.

3. Can I donate items?
You can, but if you are a foreign citizen you will have to tell us your intention first so we can instruct you about the procedure. For Macedonian citizens no procedure is needed. Items that we need are seasonal clothes and footwear for adults and children. During the cold weather we especially need rain coats, jackets, blankets, hats and scarfs. Old clothes should be clean, preserved and sorted. All of the items can be delivered to our location.
4. Can I distribute help directly to the refugees?
The camps where refugees are registered and help is distributed are of closed type and entrance is allowed only to the organizations that have license from the Crisis management center. Legis is one of them so to distribute with our volunteers you will need a volunteering contract and an ID. If you are foreign citizen there is a procedure. You will have to contact the Macedonian embassy in your country, and to apply for Volunteering Visa in Macedonia. They will tell you what document you have to provide. Here you will have to apply for an ID card as a foreigner.
