Macedonia returned the refugees from Tabanovce to Greece

Almost all the refugees that were placed in the transit center Tabanovce, yesterday night were unexpectedly and without any explanation sent back to Greece, TV Nova informs. It’s about 49 refugees from Syria and Iraq, family members, women, children, elderly people that were staying in the center for almost a year.

Half an hour ago they entered Greece and were accepted by the Greek police. According to the information from the center, yesterday night around 11 o’clock police has come and without any announcement or explanation has told the refugees to pack everything because they will be sent back to Greece. After this the refugees have been quickly loaded on the bus and sent towards the Greek border. As we learn, a part of these refugees wished to continue towards the EU states, and the other part wished to stay in Macedonia.

MI announced that later this day will give further details on the case.
