“COVID-19 Challenges within the Migrant and Refugee
Response in the Western Balkans”
On 16.03.2022, within the regional project “COVID-19 Challenges within the Migrant and Refugee
Response in the Western Balkans” supported by the Balkan Trust for Democracy, Legis as a leading
organization in the project visited the partner organization EMMAUS which held a round table in
Sarajevo on the above topic. Representatives of state institutions, international organizations and the
NGO sector were present to discuss the general approach to information on KOVID-19, protective
equipment, medical care, isolation, treatment of refugees and migrants, as well as many other questions
that were answered through the research.
A conference on the same topic will be held on 29.03. in Skopje, for which there will be additional information.
