Legis took a part at the Balkan Refugee Network in Serbia

From 3rd to 5th of May, members of Legis took a part at the Balkan Refugee Network convening in Belgrade, Serbia, supported by Global Fund for Children.
The Balkan #Refugee Network is composed by 4 organisations from the region: @APC/CZA from Serbia, Centar za mirovne studije from Croatia, @ICSufficiorifugiati from Italy and Legis from North Macedonia.
The first day kicks off with a round of in-depth introductions between GFC #community-based partners making up the Balkan Refugee Network.
This network is fighting for the #rights and well-being of #refugees and exiles across EU-Balkan #migration routes. The meeting aims to strengthen connections, and create deeper understandings of each others work, even if we formaly and individually cooperated for years.
With professional assistance of #GFC experts, the network was exploring the unique approaches, and how themes such as #youthparticipation and #wellbeing are included. Especially the main topics:
What does youth participation mean?
How do you practice wellbeing?
We were exchanging ideas and perspectives to ensure our #community-based approach is a healthy and sustainable youth-led approach.
We also used the opportunity of meeting in live to agree on the following directions and ways of operating the #BRN network.
