On Friday, June 3, 2022, the informal network “The First” organized a humanitarian action in cooperation with the Student Union as an organization that is a founding member of this network together with Legis. Under the slogan “Support from the FIRST MOMENT”, the Student Union, as the initiator of this humanitarian action, carried out several activities to raise funds and open the first independent “Student Fund”.
The event included the sale of paintings by two architecture students, Semra Rashiti and Melissa Salihi, as well as various handicrafts, silver and accessories.
University professors prof. Ali Pajaziti, prof. Ajtene Camili, prof. Bujamin Bela, prof. Argetim Saliu, together with Mersiha Smailovik President of Legis, Nermine Hamidi, President of the Student Union and also Coordinator in Legis and Jasmina Golubovska, Project Coordinator.

All of these donations will eventually go to the purpose of this activity.
This humanitarian action was dedicated to the graduates who will have to enroll in the first academic year of college, but the financial conditions do not allow the same. Additionally, in RNM the financial support for the first year students is very small or non-existent.
In addition to paying for the year of the faculty, other expenses for books, enrollment, materials and daily necessities are expenses that the student cannot cover on his own.
Therefore, we hope that this humanitarian activity will help at least one student who wants to enroll in the academic year 2022/2023.
This activity was taken care of by the working team of Legis and the Student Union, Legis volunteers and students from the Faculty of Architecture.
