One migrant died and 13 were injured in last night’s traffic accident on the Demir Kapija – Negotino highway. Four of the seriously injured were taken to Skopje clinics, all aged about 22 to 25 years. Ten migrants were from Pakistan and three were from Bangladesh.

The crash happened when a vehicle with migrants traveling on the Demir Kapija – Negotino road, near the DEP gas station, hit the back of a truck traveling in the same direction and caught fire.
According to the Ministry of Interior, a Volkswagen Dayton freight motor vehicle with migrants hit a Scania truck, driven by 58-year-old J. D. from Kavadarci.
